DHA Vietnam is experienced in developing proposals and event management for international and regional conferences: from first steps of bidding to lobbying activities and winning as the host country, attracting target participants, and smoothly operating as a tour agent for all logistic matters: visa application, flight booking, accommodation, transportation, workshop, conference, exhibition, parties, gala dinners and technical tours, as well as sightseeing tours.
- The Thang Long International Conference on Cardiology: an annual event since 2014, with an average 1,500 Vietnamese and foreign delegates attending each year;
- The Vietnam National Congress Of Interventional Cardiology: an annual event held in Hanoi since October 2007, having drawn an average 3,000 Vietnamese and foreign participants;
- The ASEAN Association of Radiology Conference (Hanoi, September 2008): 1,000 foreign participants;
- The 78th International Commission on Large Dams (Hanoi, May 2010): 1,500 Vietnamese and foreign participants;
- FIG Working Week 2019: 1,000 Vietnamese and foreign participants;
Besides, DHA Vietnam has organized a number of product launch ceremonies and conferences in Vietnam between 2007 and 2013 for major companies, including Abbott, Citibank, Electrolux, FedEx, Hyundai Thanh Cong, IBM, LG, Mead Johnson, Microsoft Vietnam, Philips, Prudential, Samsung, Toshiba and Western Union, as well as events at customer’s request, such as those for HSBC and Toyota.
